BODE acquired this project and created a joint-venture on this 8 unit, co-living project with 46 bedrooms. The project, designed by Studio MB Architect, involved the transformation of an existing church into a shared living residence. Many of the original features of the building were retained including existing church walls, roof line, stained glass, architectural embellishments and spires.
